Apartment runs an informal 'artist-in-residence' programme: The selected artists are offered the use of what facilities are availiable; peer support, the use of the exhibition space and the use of sister web-space. With this informal ongoing support each artist makes work in reference to the issues surrounding the location of Apartment. Paul Harfleet continues to live in his flat alongside this ongoing activity.
